3. Promotion of Democracy and Governance

To advocate for democratic values, participatory governance, and the rule of law in the region.
To monitor and report on elections, civil liberties, and institutional integrity.

4. Human Rights and Justice

To promote and protect fundamental human rights across the Horn of Africa.
To highlight issues of injustice, marginalisation, and discrimination.

5. Public Engagement and Education

To organise conferences, roundtables, seminars, and community forums to disseminate research and promote dialogue.
To raise awareness of the region’s challenges and opportunities among international stakeholders.
